From the grill in Sabo
to a tin on your shelf.
Suya isn't just food.
It's the smell of the evening.
Friends gathered around charcoal. That first peppered bite that makes you reach for another. For Nigerians, suya is memory as much as it is a meal, and the yaji is the heart of it.
We spent two years reverse-engineering the roadside mai-suya flavour Nigerians grew up on. Not to copy it, but to bottle it faithfully: the same groundnut base, the same cayenne burn, the same aromatic punch from ginger and cloves, with the consistency that home cooking deserves.
Dandodo Global Manufacturing Ltd operates out of Lagos, sourcing ingredients locally and packing every batch in-house. No contract manufacturing, no shortcuts. Just a team that cares whether the yaji on your grill is any good.

How we work
Nothing hidden
Roasted groundnut, sun-dried cayenne, ginger, garlic, paprika and cloves. Every ingredient earns its place. No fillers, no flavour enhancers.
Small batch, every time
We grind and pack in controlled runs at our Lagos facility. Smaller batches mean fresher spice and tighter quality control on every tin.
Lagos-made
Manufactured by Dandodo Global Manufacturing Ltd and packed in Lagos. From sourcing to seal, the whole process stays local.
