Privacy policy

This website is operated by Dandodo Global Manufacturing Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria ("Dodo Spice", "we"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here and process it in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

• Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you bought.
• Enquiries and trade applications: the details you enter in our forms.
• Payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
• Your cart and checkout details are remembered in your own browser so you do not have to retype them.

To deliver your order, send receipts and delivery updates, answer your messages and assess trade applications. We do not sell your data or send marketing emails without your consent.

Only the service providers we need to run the shop: Paystack (payments), our delivery partners (name, phone and address only), Supabase (secure database hosting) and Resend (transactional email). Each is bound to protect your data.

Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries and unsuccessful trade applications are deleted after two years.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@dodospice.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
