Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Lagos orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Nationwide delivery is 3 to 7 business days depending on your state. Delivery is free on orders over ₦20,000.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Paystack, so you can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD. You will get an email receipt with your order number straight away.
Where is my order?
Use the Track Order page with the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you ordered with.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Not directly yet, but we work with export partners for diaspora markets. Contact us for international enquiries.
Can I get a bulk order for an event?
Yes. Send us the details via the form (choose "Order / delivery" as the subject) and we'll sort out pricing and quantities.
Are the blends allergen-free?
All blends contain groundnut (peanuts) and are produced in a facility that handles other nuts. Not suitable for people with nut allergies.
