Delivery & returns

We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. We do not ship outside Nigeria directly yet; for international orders, please contact us.

• Lagos: ₦2,000
• All other states: ₦4,500
• Free delivery on orders of ₦20,000 or more

Orders are packed within one business day of payment. Lagos orders usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days and the rest of Nigeria in 3 to 7 business days. You can follow your order on the tracking page using the order number in your confirmation email.

If a tin arrives damaged, opened or is not what you ordered, email hello@dodospice.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery.

Because our blends are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened tins. Unopened tins in their original seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return delivery is at your cost unless the item was faulty.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paystack within 5 to 10 business days.
